Product Activation

When connecting to a new OV20i for the first time, you will need to activate the product before you can access the rest of the software.

• My computer is connected to the internet (online activation)

• My computer is not connected to the internet (offline activation)

Online Activation

Note

Online activation requires an internet connection.

1. Complete the required fields (*).

2. Accept the End User License Agreement.

3. Click Activate.

Offline Activation

To activate the product without an internet connection, contact Overview Support at support@overview.ai and ask for an Activation Code. Then follow the steps below:

1. At the bottom of the Product Activation page, click Offline Activation.

   

2. Enter the Activation Code provided by Support.

3. Accept the End User License Agreement.

4. Click Activate.
